Something Smells Fishy

Something Smells FishyI find it very odd that all the sudden after seeming very prudent with their estimates that they overestimated. They also somehow word their PR in confusing manner that few can make sense of. Im sure they had lots of time to check their wotk over. There are rules on overstating a PR but what about understating? Is it possible its a ploy to get shares on the cheap for family or friends or even something more nefarious. Possibly trying to keep a bigger piece of the pie for themselves?
