Since Rnc is a Canadian company, the National Instrument 43-101 (Canada )
or since the mine is in Australia, the Joint Ores Reserves Committee Code ( JORC code)
are similar but not identical.
regardless on which would be used , both exist to :

Set criteria for approval of assay labs and methods 

Regulate ways of making sure samples are not tampered with .

ensure periodic, independent reporting of reserves and review and approval of reserve reports. 

Standardize for the disclosures do assay and drill results and procedures so that all data is clear to investors.

Standardize definitions of reserve types and reserve calculations.

assign accountability to an individual deemed to be competent .

All of this is law to prevent another Bre-X scandal. 

So as drill results are sent to us via news release , someone ( Canada or Oz governing body ) is right along side. Making sure no one ( the investor) gets stiffed .

In Essence, once we get a resource estimate , we technically are a proven resource.
