RE:Beta Hunt take over. A company cannot just walk in and buy. Generally I agree with @lexcon. On this particular instance I don't.

A company can do just that ... walk in and buy RNX. Not much Royal can do to stop it. Royal could oppose an offer, but at the end of the day its all up to shareholders. Royal is fairly ripe for a hostile take-over. Lots of retail in this one looking for a quick flip.
