nothing boots can do or dig up here, it's a matter of whether amlo goes ahead with a full blown frack ban or if there is some leeway with certain areas and my guess is it won't be public knowledge for a long  long time. I highly doubt anyone  is gonna come on here and state publicly that roe will be able to go ahead and frack like crazy.  volatile times ahead like today imho.
