Frack ban

Frack banCorrect me if I am wrong, but I can't find any larger news sources (Bloomberg, etc.) that have picked up this story. The original sourcing always seems to be environmental activist groups. The few other sites that carry it seem to be mere amaglamators of news regardless of source. So, I am a little suspicious of the accuracy of the original article--although this is a big issue and really could be the biggest roadblock (other than the endless delays) yet to ROE's plans.

Perhaps reality (PEMEX has over $100 billion in debt) with intrude on the idealism at some point. Mexico needs to get oil out of the ground, and fast.
