The implication of the poster is that the management of ROE is excessively busy, so much so that they don't have time to respond to the aforementioned queries. The poster, who continues to display his ignorance makes claim that these simple sentences are simple questions. It is not in ROE's purview to respond or rebut or make statements about any of the purported activities allegedly undertaken or considered by any of the authorities with oversight of the petroleum industry in Mexcio. For a poster to 1.) actually think this is the responsibility of a business management to proffer opinions on and 2.) to utter such ridiculousness on a public forum... should make any thinking reader dismiss him post haste.
