It is painfully obvious you have no idea what a convertible debenture is.... They did not raise money at 25 cents. This is some of the most expensive financing you can do. Read the release again, seek advice and come back and explain to this board how expensive this latest raise is. And no work, zero, bupcus, nada. Just $5m to pay the boys, and ensure enough slap up lunches and dinners are had!! Sad.....
