RE:News and it not goodThis may be a catalyst that gets ROE its deal signed especially if PEMEX is looking at worsening losses due to lower oil prices.  The Chiapas blocks (don't know what the break even is) have a work requirement due prior to Jan 2021 so they have to drill this year regardless.
