Re: the narrative changes with three zones

Thanks again Boots---very informative. Maybe everything looks too good, and that is why were trading @ $.13. Also, maybe the heavy lifting has been done and PEMEX doesn't need ROE anymore. Money can buy lots of knowledge. I hope not but I still don"t think we'll get migration or if we get it not in its original format

ya they need roe but it seems they prefer to use them as a service provider without migration. I thought roe a while back had stopped providing info etc until migration but from boots last posts it seems they have caved in on that plan, pemex  and amlo hold all the cards here, still hopeful but now thinking chances are down to 50/50 or so, all jmho. pemex has so much on their plate and so ...more

If i remember correctly Lukoil also has some offshore interests in Mexico as well so don't think ...more

lukoil already has their contact and if pemex and lukoil think they can go it alone without  roe or keeping roe as a service contactor they just might do it, personally I don't put a lot of faith in the russians or amlo. I still think it probably gets done one way or another. roe is probably trading about where it would be if they didn't have the amatitlan.

In coordination with LUKOIL, Renaissance has taken the lead role in operations for joint development of the Amatitln block currently held by Pemex-Exploracin y Produccin (Pemex). The Integrated Exploration and Production Contract is expected to migrate into a Contract of Exploration and Extraction..

lol, pemex recently applied to drill 2 new wells on amatitlan and roe new nothing about it. at this point roe owns 0% and migration has proven to be more difficult than they thought
