RE: own interests...E & Y will be looking for a deal that first pays off any debt tothe bank.  The only way this is going to pay off for shareholders ifthere is a bidding war.  Who knows - but if the highest offer on thetable only covers the outstanding debt then its a goner andshareholders are stiffed.


Please go back and re-read the Administration charter and process.
I think you will find that your option is third on the list of choices.

I am NOT saying that it will NOT happen.
I am saying that there is a lot of negotiation to be played out here and that no one here knows what will transpire.

We will have to wait.
