Agreed.
This is the one aspect that puzzles the hell out of me.
How can the RBS, which is being TOLD by the UK Government(60% ownership now?) to lend and be liquid, to pull the rug out from under  of a company which is the poster child of development of what has been deemed a Strategic asset by the same Government?

There is a major disconnect here.

There are SO many pieces of this puzzle we are missing.


Time will tell all.
