In my search for the truth, i have done bit more research. robix.ca the new website by godaddy.com, is a very interesting website. Basically a copy of the old website except for a couple very interesting differences, ie no mention of Robix  being a public company, no mention of the management or board of directors. Nothing about sedar disclosures, nothing about being a public company at all.

Some more interesting thoughts, according to the corporate search Robix has no assets, but the website indicates that Robix has the COV technology and the water tech as well and assets. the only person mentioned on the website is Dale.

Does Dale consider that Robix is a private company now and that he owns the assets?

I remember last year that there were some posts by Pedro, that provided documents that he as a Mexican citizen owned the COV in Mexico due to a lawsuit that was won in Mexico over debts owed to him.

Also I remember a post by someone named Karla that said she owned the Patent for the COV which she filed in Mexico.

So where is the truth, Does Dale a director of Robix own personally the trailers of the water assets that were Robix? if so whats up with that, sounds like a game to me to take advantage of Robix the public company.
