ROMJ has risen from a share price close of $0.77 on Jan. 3/23 to today's close of $1.15, an increase of $0.38 (~49%) in the past 5 trading days. Insiders have 40 buys vs. 0 sells in the past 3 months and 50 buys vs. 1 sell in the past 6 months.
It would appear that Q4 will be superior to Q3 which was indeed positive.
