the predecessor co. was a blockchain co. so legacy shareholders probably have no interest in asphalt shingle recycling and have no clue how to value such a business.

Seller continues to offer shares at .26. Level two shows one seller for 14 levels at 1/2 cent levels. On the 14 levels only three other houses have sell orders for less than 20,000 shares total.
