Please note that at the time of the November 28, 2012 filing of the Rutter Inc. Annual MD&A, the
Financial Statements for the year were incorrectly filed in place of the MD&A.
The correct document has been re-filed under the same SEDAR project number (01990194) in order to
correct this error.
