RE: Nice NR on Friday morning ...

RE: Nice NR on Friday morning ...If you go to sedar you will find the full audited financial statements for FY2003. On Page 16-19, Item 12 list the details on Capital Stock, on Page 19 Item 13 list the Per share info. For FY 2003 the weighted average shares outstanding were as follows; Basic 16.48M Diluted 17.28M As of Aug 31, 2003, there were 24.92M shares outstanding with another 5.63M warrants convertible into common shares. The document details all the issuances of shares. Transactions subsequent to August 31, 2003 would be in addition to these numbers. The dilution has been substantial & most of it at much lower prices. I have been buying more shares on the pullback as I believe the future revenue & earnings growth will overcome this dilution & the company will still be able to achieve good EPS growth. However I could be wrong & I doubt the growth will happen in a smooth straight line. The next quarterly report will give us some early indication as to how things are proceeeding. It seems to me that Q1 has just ended so we should expect another ER soon. Cheers!!! https://www.sedar.com/command_servlet?cmd=DisplayCompanyDocuments&issuerNo=00008015&lang=EN
