RE: Nice NR on Friday morning ...After some more reading, it looks like subsequent to the Aug 31 year end, there have been 1.22M shares isued for the Davis acq & 4.2M shares were issued for conversion of outstanding warrants. New totals would be (I think);
Basic shares outstanding 30.3M plus 1.4M warrants.
Other numbers are P/E 16.8 (based on reported basic shares of 16.48M), P/B of 6.92 (based on current total shares of 30.3M), NM 9.3%, ROE 22.7% (based on Aug 31 SE...was actually much higher), net debt to equity 1.49 (as of Aug 31). It all comes down to performance with all the new acq's. The potential market is very large...can RUT capture a big slice of that market & do it with good margins? Cheers!!!
