Duddlee, I agree with you that it indicates those same related parties have confidence in the merged entity. Around the time I first started buying into this stock in late November, I did some thorough reading through those financial statements. I saw all the "related party" activity...I think there was even a short term loan at a high interest rate which has since been paid back...likely a bridge type loan...I did not see anything that discouraged me from accumulating the stock. However I think it is worthwhile for any investor in this company to read through this info & make sure they understand & feel comfortable with it. BTW the chart is looking very bullish at this time.
