The thing is the judgement also got RVM past the major hurdles, which were the water quality and the endangered species legislation.  Now the gov't agencies just need to do what is in the ruliing as far as issuing the permit and we are good to go.  RVM is still making a million a month, and with silver prices above 17, it should be closer to a buck.  Maybe the lack of the rock creek overhang will let the share price actually go up.
