Monica's take on it was that the hard parts of the permitting were taken out with the last judgement, but that the Forestry service works on "their own time line". I would think RC wouldnt be approved for 6-8 months, which is slow, but worth the wait I think. Frustrating waiting around for the SP to go up, but long term this is a huge winner.
