Update on Rock SEIS-responsibility of Forestry Service with input from Revett ( they meet about once a week.)
-objective is an airtight report (RofD) that has little or no chance of being litigated.
-draft report goes out to public for comment sometime in Q1 of 2013
-final report (RofD) presented to Court to show compliance, virtually a rubber stamp.
- realistic estimate is shovels in the ground at Rock Q1 of 2014
