As for Rock Creek, they're hoping to release the draft environmental report by mid-year, and are working on permits.
Not sure if miner will get permits for Rock Creek -- they will kill some trout, and likely cause some damage to a river -- but if they do, stock will soar, and company will be sold. It was a good gambling stock a month ago, and it's a better gambling stock today.
