I believe they spent $250M to prove an 8 million oz resource so roughly $30/oz finding cost vs IDM spent about $40M to prove 0.7M oz or roughly $55/oz. Not as good but not bad for smaller player. The juniors will be more interesting now that the seniors are be gobbled up. The management teams will look for their next gig. Ascot is smart to accumulate and consolidate fir a bigger player ... my biggest challenge on this deal is the pricing since we are getting Robbed by Sprott. VOTE NO. I would support an alternate bid for IDM assets ... one that does not stink as bad as this one.
