RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Warning - ISS Glass seagull recommendationAll of this bantering is a waste of time.  There will be no sweetener and IDM shareholders will either vote yes or no.  If its no, the company will most likely go under as I dont see anyone else stepping up to the plate. Its 7 days away from the vote and there is no white knight showiung up yet.  75,000 ounces a year way up on the side of a mountain will not warrant a stand alone mill, sorry.  Who cares what approvals have been granted, if it doesnt make sense economically, it wont happen.  IDM would have to issue 10 billion shares at this price to build it.  As far as AOT is concerned, of course there will always be more drilling, not only to firm up more resources from inferred to indicated but also a lot more exploration on a target rich unexplored portion of the property.  An extremely low capex makes it very easy to proceed without a bankable Feasability study.  When the enginnering report comes out it will be full steam ahead with all final approvals.  I suspect first half of 2020.  So at that point, based on 30 g/ton cutoff we will be producing around 200,000 ounces a year.  That is a money maker boys and girls.  Dont forget that cutoff is 30 grams per ton, but we all know that the the grades on a lot of holes are well in excess of that, so production is most likely to be higher the first few years.
In conclusion, sorry if you feel this is not a good deal, but it is probably the only deal for IDM.  I can assure you all that if the deal is accepted, your shares will appreciate considerably.  If the deal is not accepted, good luck.  AOT will move on and be just fine.  IDM most likel;y wont.  Dont forget, there is a $3.5 million dollar loan to deal with also.  My only regret is I played the arbitrage and bought some IDM shares.  If there is a no vote, I will most likely lose that investment.  If a white knioght happens to come in then that is fine too as I would make a bit, sell and buy more AOT.

One week to go.  See you all on the other side
