Your point about 50cents is simply what management and insiders got in at. So, good for them I guess.
And they are simply dilluting themselves up into a valuation the more capital they raise at higher prices.
Obviously no one can predict the raising of capital precisely ... but it does make the previous buyers out for suckers ... IMHO.
Not trying to trash the opportunity here ... but the $1.00 equity raise with a $1.50 option kicker was quite frankly surprising and a mistake in management of the shareholder base, again, IMHO.
