RE:Each day without a license to produce at the Edmonton Licenses are out of the hands of management. Health Canada has sole control and decision making power, no matter how much management badgers them it has zero impact on the speed at which they review and issue applications.
If anything, management needs to improve shareholder communication and focus on getting more interest from instituional investors. This is the weak point.
