If they're bootstrapping it now then regularly updating their website isn't a priority and a waste of money. I'm assuming that the updates on Twitter and on Instagram is from EnPercept. They still must fulfill their obligation.

But in saying all of this, you're correct about it not looking so good because if the debentures were settled then we would hear about it right away.

It's really a damn shame what this could have been.
