RE:Centr Brands /RQB

RE:Centr Brands /RQB
CNTR has them listed as a subsidiary. It also came as a surprise to me. It is my understanding that they would have a legal and fiduciary responsibility to ensure that their subsidiaries are conducted in a legal, ethical manner.

When I filed my complaint to the BCSC, I asked that they considered freezing CNTR's assets to avoid them being stripped out, thereby allowing recourse for the RQB shareholders.

We need to document a clear chronological path detailing the history of the changing iterations of RQB since first inception. We then need to look at alkl the people involved and understand their links to other people.

If you look at Digigro, how is dealing with a cousin considered an arms length transaction, especially when 1/3 of the company (a $5 000 000.00 value) is given away for an idea that does not even have a beta version of it?

This whole thing stinks. Sunshine is the best antiseptic. We need to continue shedding light on things.

Keep up the good work and thank you for posting.
