I am hoping someone can shed some light on this. This is from April 1, 2019.
I started digging into this. Is it possible RQB was a subsidiary of Centr?
Why was this not reported in any of RQB's public statements?

The Company was formed under the BCBCA on September 26, 2012 upon completion of an amalgamation with RavenQuest Biomed Inc. (formerly Ravencrest Resources Inc.) (“RavenQuest”), a CSE listed company, under the terms of an arrangement agreement among Ravencrest Resources Inc. (a private British Columbia company) and 0943173 B.C. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of RavenQuest), pursuant to which the parties agreed to complete a plan of arrangement under sections 288 to 299 of the BCBCA whereby Ravencrest Resources Inc. and 0943173 B.C. Ltd. amalgamated to form the Company (the “Arrangement”).

CNTR has them listed as a subsidiary. It also came as a surprise to me. It is my understanding that they would have a legal and fiduciary responsibility to ensure that their subsidiaries are conducted in a legal, ethical manner. When I filed my complaint to the BCSC, I asked that they considered freezing CNTR's assets to avoid them being stripped out, thereby allowing recourse for the RQB

I heard there's four provincial labour boards going after them for wages. Maybe they should direct their efforts to CENTR then?

Maybe Jay from DeepDive can help. In hindsight he was warning us all along. He was not wrong in his reporting. Perhaps he can help us take George down and help elevate his platform up?

Great idea. Why dont you give him a call and sound him out. Do you know if anyone has put together a chronological history of events? There has to be a way for us to all be able to add information. I had a look at Quip and it does not seem to be able to do the job. Do any of the regular posters have any computer skills that would allow us to build this? Failing this, I will hire someone to set
