Yes. Cannabis Biocare is a different company to Cannabis Biocare AS. The latter changed its name to Cannabis Biocare AS 1 week before the announced deal. I believe that this speaks to intent to obfuscate and defraud investors. This alone should warrant an orange jumpsuit for George.
