Note that it is on the 3rd.

This is what is stated on a search on the Alberta Corporate Registration System:

"Corporate Access Number: 2021382896 Business Number: 727883472 Legal Entity Name: CANNABIS BIOCARE INC. Name History: Previous Legal Entity Name Date of Name Change (YYYY/MM/DD) ELEMENTS WORLD INC. 2019/09/11

Note that the name change occured 8 days AFTER they apparently signd=ed the deal. In effect, A deal was signed with an entity that did not exist!! Is this not clearly fraudulent??
