RE:RE:RE:Form 7

The embezzlement of source deductions, (which are payroll taxes collected by the company and then not submitted to the government) is a last ditch gambit to save a company with cash flow problems.  John O'Grady's company Executive Aerogarde was taken down in the 1990's by his controller who pocketed the payroll deduction money. If Thomas G. is skimming off the payroll taxes he might end up in jail.

Afriens, are we enjoying this? Are we nasty little buggers? I must admit I've been watching this company because I always thought it was going to be a train wreck. I put a couple shackles in just for fun. I wouldn't characterize it as malice on my part,  more curiosity supported by a strong suspicion that 360 wasn't kosher. Like passing a car wreck on the side of the road you can't help but take a little look.
