They sold 21 million shares at $.85 a share in a private placement. The $18 million in proceeds have been squandered in less than 24 months and they are unable to produce financials for 2019 - it is November 2020. I don't know why everyone is talking about fraud, it just seems like old fashion incompetence.what if any evidence makes you think they are hiding a fraud? What fool put $18 million trying to make this turkey fly. That is one heck of a lot of money.
