3 SIXTY IS STILL ALIVE!!!

...I had a nice chat with a gentleman who is in the business. He told me that  SAFE was doing fine and has actually  been growing its business. There has been no news releases because they are not publicly traded anymore(pink sheets don't count)but they have won several new contracts and are running the business on earnings.I bought a nice position on the US exchange for next to nothing and will wait to see what happens.

I was told by someone based in Ottawa that they went bankrupt on September 1, 2021. The guy is from the industry so might have the actual information.

They would have to file this info on SEDAR if they went into CCAA protection since they are still public, even though halted in Canada.

unless they have quietly been delisted then reporting obligations are not required although one would expect a press release, esp since they had hundreds of employees a while ago...
