I saw a bid at .15 and a ask at .155. But don't see it anymore

.....ya I'm thinking someone bought at market and there was very little on the ask side.I opened my trading account before the open and the balance had gone throuh the roof.SAFE is trying to get on a Canadian exchange again and I have been told they are making progress.
