SBGL should look at PDL

SBGL should look at PDLI cant see why other PGM producers arent looking to up the ante for PDL .
Given the huge cash position PDL will have after the latest Q , increasing production  and a very positive price and outlook for palladium going forward, this looks to be a no brainer.
Why let IMPLATS, steal this company... is SBGL in that bad of financial shape that they cannot afford to buy this company, in a deal that would combine shares and cash? 
They could make a deal for shares and use PDL owns bank account to pay shareholders some cash to make the deal go.
