Research I will keep on this. I wrote to ASC for any further info they might have and of course to inform them. There are so many different legal considerations. Personal suit against Directors (losing proposition) is all that appears available until we can get a look at books, contracts and files, which IMHO may no longer exist.
Anyone else who got duped and robbed...please post whatever you can find out. Thanks.
