RE: There's more to this

RE: There's more to this

I agree 100%. I will summarize what we know here soon.

In the meantime, Mr. Szarko told me in our phone call this week that he "didn't know" that the company's website was down. I am finding that hard to believe now as it had been down for awhile, but mostly because he told me "he'll find out what's going on and get it back up."

I e-mailed him yesterday. No reply.

I suspect that something is going to happen in the next little while that will see the creditors of this company take control under another name and charter voted on and agreed by the major shareholders. If it's not as blatant as that, it will be some creative accounting and law that see the company move on to a new form.

If that happens, we will clearly see what we can't see now, and so will others. The problem is that the government won't care, the TSX won't care, and at best ASC might care. So my question is, file the complaint now about the intentional devaluation of our shares, or wait for the anticipated action by Szarko and company?

James...if you are reading this...we invite you to convince us that we shouldn't be suspicious. Given that you said on April 4th that you were looking for alternatives seems in hindsight  to have been a lie, it might be difficult to convince us of anything you say.
