RE: RE: RE: Current Status and Future

RE: RE: RE: Current Status and Future

I  believe  that  statement  is  at  least  partly  true. More  expensive ?  Yes, maybe,  but  it  is  not  the  whole  truth. The  other  half  of  the  truth  is,  the  said  creditors  might  not  have  gotten,  or  awarded  to  them  by  a   judge,  what  they  are  getting  right  now  and  that  my  friend  that's  where  the  core  of  this  legal  battle  lays.....It's  a  take  over,  transfer  of  property, without  a  just  cause  leaving  us  with  nothing.

Before  that  fait full  news  the  stock  was  still  trading  above  .05c  which  is  the  cut-off  price  for  any  company  to  raise  money  in  the  open  market.

The  true  intentions  of  all  this  is  not  what  we  have  been  told. It  just  doesn't'   add  up.

A)  the  reason  to  delist

b)  the  reason  for  not  list  it  in  another  exchange.

Now,  they  are  free  of  any  exchange  rules  and  pretty  much  can  do  what  they  want. Who  are  we  going  to  complain  to  now ?....James  and  company  ?...right !

One  thing  wasn't  told  yet  is  about  the  new  company  composed  of  Tasly  and  ours. Is  that  one  dissolved  as  well ?...No !..Why  not ?

Now  we  are  a  private  company  with  a  person  at  the  helm  whose  decisions  we  have   become  not  to  trust.

Some  small  little  thief  with  a  water  gun  in  hand  might  get  one  year  or  more  in  jail  for  stealing  $20  and  here  we  are   with  losses  in  the  thousands  and  everybody  walks  free  and  laughing  at  the  system  and  at  us....

Just  pathetic !
