It's all a lie

Illiquid ?

Thanks  James   for  that !

Why  did  you  dilisted  it ?

Oh,  I  see,  so  the  regulators  don't  come  after  you  after  you  made  us  lose   all  the  money, This  way  you  can  keep  to  be  a  free  man  !...very  astute !

That  is  the  plan,  isn't  it ?  According  to  you  everything  was  a  sea  of  roses  not  long  ago. What  happened  ?  Were  you  lying  to  us  or  holding  back  the  true  facts ?  How  can  we  trust  you  now  on  what  you  are  saying ?

Why  not  bankruptcy   if  we  are  so  illiquid ?  That's  what  honest  companies  do !  Are  you  that  honest ?

How  did  you  end  up  screwing   up  everything ? So  you  still  hold  the  IP,  right,  do  you ?...do  we  ?...well,  I  own  part  of  that .

You  say  you  sign  a  deal  and  then  you  don't  agree  with  the  terms ?!...what  is  that ? !  Are  you  out  of  your  mind ?  Do  you  think  I'm  that  stupid ?  Or  are  you  that  stupid  to  sign  an  agreement  and  discuss  terms  later ?!  Who  do  you  think  you  are  kidding   ?

In  any  contract,  any  intelligent  people,  agree  on  any  terms  before  the  signature  goes  on....What  are  you  telling  me   here ?.....James,  it  just  doesn't  add  up....sorry.  From  here  on  if  i  see  people  calling  you   a  liar,  and  a  thief,  I'm  sorry,  I  might  not  have  the  moral  strength  to  come  to  your  defense....

Um, not that I ever expect anything back from the cash I flushed away on what should have been revolutionary tech. but are our worthless stocks be part of this worthless new company?

Now that the PR is out, I have to state that my assumption about Szarko lying about putting out a statement was wrong.     As you undoubtedly noticed, the PR did not explain any more than what we already knew, i.e. that Tasly allegedly disagreed with SBS on plans to move forward on the joint venture; that the company has not found any alternative angel, capital investors or Pharma ...more

The only question that I can think of that we might ask from our suspicious view on the legality of delisting and the resulting devaluation of our shares is; Was the decision taken by Szarko and the Board contrived with the intention of eliminating the retail investors from any future success or benefits garnered by a potential Newco that they might form without us?      I ...more

I understand your point. First, the bankruptcy issue definitely makes it harder to re-organize under a Newco. Second, they haven't been put into bankruptcy or sought protection themselves under CCAA, and Szarko told me because the two main creditors see that as a more expensive way to dissolve. I will not judge whether that statement is true or false at this time. Some references below in the ...more

I  believe  that  statement  is  at  least  partly  true. More  expensive ?  Yes, maybe,  but  it  is  not  the  whole  truth. The  other  half  of  the  truth  is,  the  said  creditors  might  not  have  gotten,  or  awarded  to  ...more

I am as po'd as you. But if it is a scam, complaining won't help unless we can prove it. I already advised the ASC and I'm pretty certain that they are watching the situation unfold.   Knowing a litgator who will work pro bono, or in another fashion to keep our costs down, and one who hates scams in the corporate world would truly help.   The creditors are the only people I ...more

Make life and doing business hell for these people that were supposedly running SBS (to the ground). They should never ever be able to start an IPO.

If this was a scam, it was a monumental scam. I can't believe they dis this!!
