RE: Current Status and Future

RE: Current Status and Future

The only question that I can think of that we might ask from our suspicious view on the legality of delisting and the resulting devaluation of our shares is; Was the decision taken by Szarko and the Board contrived with the intention of eliminating the retail investors from any future success or benefits garnered by a potential Newco that they might form without us?

I  truly  believe  that  was  the  intention  they  had  and  still  have,  otherwise  they  would  have  declared  bankruptcy. We  just  have  been  hijacked,  stripped  of  our  right  to  really  know  the  true  facts. There  will  never  be  a  GM  in  the  future. Why  cancel  the  present  one ?  We  are  done  and  the  lost  of  our  money  is  not  only  caused  by  a  few  in  the  company  but  also  by  a  system  that  is  moraly  bankrupt,  indeferent  and  have  no  bite  on  self  regulating.
