The United Downs project area is located within the boundaries of, or adjacent to, four former copper, tin and zinc producing mines. In addition to United Downs and South Crofty, it also owns interests in exploration properties prospective for tin (in Alaska) and nickel (in Northwest Territories, Canada).

Tin is near an all time high
Only about 300 away it looks like. That analyst thought they could go to production relatively soon given the existing infrastructure which is a good thing.
