Repost of the dd from yesterday on fb Sparta
Repost of my post on Canadian Penny Stocks

Spoke with the ceo of $SAY (.17c) here’s the recap:

Sparta Group Ltd. Shareholders Group

Say is a green company similar to CMC. Currently at .17 cents. (Undervalued) start accumulating if you can it will be well worth it in the short run, and will see nice gains in long as well.

UPCOMING NEWS CATALYST FACTORY TOUR ON BNN

1. BNN and CTV coverage expected soon, confirming Previous comments(catalyst ). They are also actively looking for more ways to get news of the stock (not just the business) out to the right people.

2. He wasn't as straightforward with me regarding financing as he appeared to be with Racecar. It sounds like there are no PP's or capital raises in the works in the tradional sense right now. However, if the right people came along at the right valuation at some point in the (near?) future, it would be considered. They are also looking at non-dilutive type of financing where someone makes a direct investment into a subsidiary. SAY's interest in that subsidiary would be diluted but the shares would not be.

3. Absolutely no interest in a reverse split. None. The ONLY way it would happen would be a 1-for-2, under some momentum (the stock was already heading up) and potential uplisting to NASDAQ was within reach. I know he speaks the truth on this because he brought it up out of nowhere, I didn't ask him on this.

4. A backup to #2, John HATES what he calls the "M&A guys" because they screwed him in the past with another listed company. He means the brokers who push out paper in financings. So yeah there is not going to be those types of financings that kill the stock price.

5. I was actually surprised how well connected he is. He name dropped several people he knew. He knows the CMC guys. He says they called him in the past though not since their stock went up.

6. Numerous comments about the business, too many to go through. All I can say is he sounds busy and excited to be busy.
