Whiteness your right! I can't disprove what you wrote, since I can't ascertain 100% what you said. I always thought when you registered your shares and paid the fee, that this was as good as gold when it came time to exercise a sale. But I suppose it's obvious I did not look far enough into the crystal ball to see that the house that you pay the fee too would in turn expect another fee of equal or greater to verify what they did in the first place.
