It would have been dilutive if they issued more shares without buying more silver but they sold the shares and used the proceeds to buy silver so I am not clear on how that is dilutive.  

Agree that the drilling company looks interesting.  Would be nice if they are starting to generate enough cash flow from their O&G operations to start funding these purchases...
