If I understand the facts properly, the deal is really amazing: for the investment of some 45 M$ in Waseca, the SRC shareholders will get:

- 99 M$ in cash (106 M$ if SAGD Assets sold), and

- Twin Butte shares worth some 60 M$;

all in less than four years! It is more than 40% annualized gain. Amazing!

I really don't understand the price action today.
