RE:Fees, warrants and dilution .....Who really benefits???Thanks bbzzzz. Before I just had a bad feeling. Now I am certain, I am voting against. My 200 000 shares  may mean not much, but if the others do the same, we will at least be able to stop the deal in a present shape and get a better deal than this for a long suffering SRC shareholders.
