A Pause towards doubt and Lack of Transparency!??

A Pause towards doubt and Lack of Transparency!??I pursue the circular document (see appendix I- information concerning SCP ) that is page I-1 .See appendices on the first page ,Table of Contents. This information page does not contain a list of all equities held by SCP, their respective cost and market values are non existent.
The actual net asset value and the market values listed over time do not appear, only the price ranges (on page I-3). This is a very brief summary of SCP ,Barely four pages!!

Now go to appendix J ( Information concerning Adriana Resources Inc.). Here you will find a very detailed outline of ADI , actually, 57 pages of detailed items ( pages J1 to page J57 ) from corporate structure to the LOM project to prices for iron ore to executive compensation etc., Etc.,

Why so much sell on ADI and a complete omission on SCP?

Are you a muppet or an eagle or a goat or a _______?

The essence of SCP is the huge gap between Nav and market value. This is not highlighted at all in the appendix of SCP. How will the new mgt. bridge the gap if the old mgt. could not do it ?
Is this agreement an admission of defeat by current mgt. But the cost will be borne by shareholders of SCP and ADI?
Just some random questions bouncing around my goat brain as I pursue this document.

Respond!!
