Were there any other points that helped makeup your mind from reading the circular?

It really does come down to actualizing the NAV of SCP as well as as the future valuation of it's equity positions. How can a new management do it? How will they be compensated whether they are successful or not? Fees, expenses and share dilution for their benefit but what benefit is there to current shareholders( Muppets or puppets)? Sorry had to get that in there......
