RE: NEWS.....

RE: NEWS....."you can go back 2 months and I was already saying that a PP was coming. Not one single poster here agreed with me, go back and see" I certainly believed there was a PP coming. We only disagreed about the price it would be set at. I said it would not be below $.10. Here's the post. https://www.stockhouse.ca/bullboards/viewmessage.asp?no=8778871&tableid=1 From Spinner7's last post: "My only job here is taking care of me and if that means drumming up support for a publicised PP offering if one is coming Yes I am working at it" "if I can improve my buying power by getting in via a PP instead of open market I am open to it" So we can see that Spinner7 wants to see one at $.05 or less. Can't blame him a bit but we now know his motives. I certainly believe that the vast majority, if not all of the long time investors would NOT be happy with this. I agree with Idles last post. "I seriously doubt any PP would be under 10c, and if SCS can prove they are breakeven with TT/SB on transaction income alone there is support to push the SP at least to 15c. So prices right now are better value than any likely future PP imo." And just so Pat knows, I would be seriously ticked off if there was any PP under 10c. FIND ANOTHER WAY!!!!! One other note. Spinner7 you made the reading this morning interesting. Some good posts and at the end it was nice to see you clearly stated your motives here. However your point about ALL the bashers (and I believe you have included me as one) was completely wrong but quite humourous. "If you really think about it what is the true message sent here by the long shareholders? - all the regular bashers all say the same thing, they feel cheated by management defaults in the past but will never sell their shares - They profess to never put another penny in this company but are shocked at the idea, that another round of financing may be necessary That in my opinion is fear and greed that has gone wrong. too greedy to sell because they believe in a positive outcome and too scared to invest more because of their emotions towards the management."
